5 Cs... Capable


So, it has been way too long since I dropped some words your way. I think the following few blogs are long overdue. My approach to life coaching, is 5Cs coaching. It's a great time for me to go into detail of what the 5Cs mean to me. Let's start with Capable.


The definition of capable is having the ability, fitness, or quality necessary to do or achieve a specified thing. Ability, fitness, and quality are things that have to be cultivated. When I tell you that you are capable, I am giving you the green light to manifest these things into your life.


As a baby, we had to first learn how to roll over on our stomach to get in a position that we can attempt to push our bodies away from the floor. Then we had to get the strength to hold our body up and crawl. We then stumbled attempting to stand, and we all know the last step was to walk. That took time and perseverance. Well, such is life.


Believe first that you have the ability, fitness, and quality to accomplish any and everything in your life. As we change our outlook, we begin to change our outcome. When that first C begins to rear its beautiful head, you will feel it in every fiber of your being. The capability to achieve is a beautiful thing.


Moving forward, I want you to just remember that you are Capable in this life and the next. Believe you have all that you need to become the best version of yourself, and watch your growth in action.
