5Cs Competent

So, it's time we dive into our second C... Competent. The definition of competent is having the necessary ability, knowledge, or skill to do something successfully. So that sounds very similar to capable right? The answer is yes. It is very similar to the definition of capable. The one difference that stands out to me is the word knowledge is in the definition.

When I tell you that you are competent, I'm telling you that you have everything that you need to be successful already inside. Learn to take all the things that you have learned and experienced in life, and make them work to your advantage. In fact I want you to take it a step further and use wisdom. Wisdom is applied knowledge.

Read, learn, grow daily, and apply everything that you have in you to flourish into the best version of yourself. Remember that success has already been accomplished. You just have to find the bridge that makes the connection from where you are to where you want to be; find the bridge that makes the connection from who you are to who you want to be.

One of the best ways to do that is to start with your mind. Begin to believe and affirm that everything you commit to, will be successful. As I told you last week, when we change our outlook, we will begin to change our outcome. Now you're capable, and you have added competence. I can't wait until next week for me to tell you about the third C... Confident!

As always, remember that God loves you, and so do I. Love Life, Live Love. Peace Together, Not Apart. Stay tuned next week for the third C... Confident!
